Please note we cannot accept any returns of tea.
We will gladly accept a return of any unused accessory item(s).

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

• We will refund the cost of any returned item(s) to your credit card as soon as the item(s) is returned to us in resalable condition and in original packaging.
• Return shipping expenses will be reimbursed if we made a mistake in filling your order and product return has been requested by our staff.
• All returns should be carefully wrapped and returned with the original packaging.
