Oolong is a semi-fermented tea with characteristics of both black and green tea. A unique nutty flavour permeates the liquor as well as a sweet aroma. Most Oolong is produced in China and Taiwan. The premium varieties are still produced by hand and feature wonderfully large leaves.
Se Chung is a speciality Chinese Oolong with a slightly earthy aroma and delicious aromatic taste.
