Chinese Jasmine Green tea scented with Jasmine flowers. The Jasmine flowers are harvested at the peak of their blooming. They are then layered under controlled conditions with tea (a layer of tea a layer of Jasmine and so on). Tea is known to adapt flavours very easily. This scenting process is sometimes done multiple times to give the tea a rich Jasmine aroma. The taste of this Jasmine is flowery and full-bodied. It makes a beautiful rich yellow/green infusion.
