Oolong is a semi-fermented tea with characteristics of both black and green tea. A unique nutty flavour permeates the liquor as well as a sweet aroma. Most Oolong is produced in China and Taiwan. The premium varieties are still produced by hand and feature wonderfully large leaves.
Premium Oolong from China. This tea is grown in the Fujian province and shipped from the port of Fuzhou. The infusion is of pale yellow green colour with orchid-like hints. Also known as Ti Kuan Yin.
